4 WEEKS CUMBIA: FULL PASS (solo dancing) NYC

THIS TICKETS UNCLUDES EVERY WEDNESDAY THROUGH JULY! is a full pass!!!

7/2-Week 1: Footwork day 1: of this 4 week serie swe will be learning basic foundation footwork and basic rhythm understanding for popular tropical cumbia! solo dancing only because before we jump into dancing with other we need confidence to dance by ourselves (also some of us just prefer dancing alone tbqh)

7/9-Week 2 Hips & arms are you stiff like a tronco? no problem! i got chu! come to loosen up your hips in this drop in cumbia solo class focused only on hips and arms integrations! connecting what we did last week on feet this class is a great adition to it

7/16-Week 3 Dance Practice come dance! and come prepared because in this class we will connect dots from footwork to hips to arms, the other classes were very instructive but in this one we will actually get to dance and practice transitions from one move to the other

7/23-Week 4 Choreography why a choreo???? because is great for our brains, bodies and soul!

choreos is a great way to develop muscle memory! also helps us relax into the next move so we can focus on performing the music and adding our own spices!

dont worry you will not become robots by learning a choreo! thats actually really hard to achive

come looking cute!!!! because we will make a video of the choreo (which you can opt out of course) also if you wanna post your final video dancing my social medias are open for it and you can make me a collab
