Learn to make Cipriani’s classic Bellini cocktail from scratch. Measure, mix, and sip your way through other Cipriani classic cocktails.
- Get hands on, squeezing and processing fresh white peaches to make peach puree the way Giuseppe Cipriani did when inventing the Bellini at Harry’s Bar in 1948.
