Description
Create a simple and satisfying, Middle Eastern-inspired meal with recipes taken from the pages of Shuk, the most recent cookbook by Chef and Restaurateur Einat Admony. You’ll work with a small team to create a tasty tomato and tahini salad; braise chicken with olives and citrus; discover how easy it can be to produce a Persian rice dish; and enjoy an orange-infused cake for your grand finale. As class ends, you’ll sit down to enjoy every bite.
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.
PLEASE NOTE that Chef Admony will not be attending or presenting at this event.
Some accolades for Shuk include: A Library Journal Best Cookbook of the Year; IACP Award Finalist;
