** Live Cooking Demonstrations: Two 30–45-minute sessions featuring recipes with fresh, seasonal ingredients, led by Chef Cordell of Eating Well with Chef Cordell Consulting.

** Grocery Store Tour: A 30-minute walkthrough to teach shoppers how to choose foods at their peak freshness and understand their health benefits.
