Join us as we make French macarons from scratch!
Join head chef instructor Kristin “Baker Bettie” Hoffman as we make French macarons from scratch! You’ll learn all of the tips and tricks for creating perfect shells with the signature macaron “feet.”
During homemade French macarons class, students will make, color, and pipe their macaron shells and make a filling to finish them with! Each student will make and fill their own macarons to take home.
While macarons are naturally gluten free and we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, please be aware that our facility does utilize a great deal of wheat flour.
