Hedwig Dances Company Class: Grounded Flow w/ Paula Sousa

This class focuses on the body’s relationship to the floor, fluidity, and core strength- enhancing movement through balance, musicality, and spatial awareness. Dancers will explore creativity and composition through individual, partnering, and group tasks, discovering unique paths for creation. It’s an opportunity to take risks, engage with the body’s full presence, and uncover new possibilities in movement!
