In-Person Class: Classic Handmade Pasta (NYC)

There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, made from scratch.

Escape to Italy for an evening to master the traditional dish, Fettuccine Alfredo. Learn the art of making this indulgent dish from scratch- making the pasta dough, using a pasta roller to roll out the dough, and shaping it into its Fettuccine and Tagliatelle form. Your chef instructor will demo how to make the luscious and creamy Alfredo sauce from scratch.

Guests will sit down to enjoy a delicious plate of pasta by the end of class. Bring your favorite bottle of wine to enjoy with your meal, as this class is BYOB!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guets in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but guests are invited to bring their own wine or beer.
