Nikkei cuisine is a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian culinary traditions, blending Japanese techniques with Peruvian flavors and ingredients. This unique style offers innovative dishes that are both visually stunning and rich in flavor, showcasing the best of both cultures.
In this fun, hands-on and unique cooking class, you’ll learn all the skills needed to make three beautiful types of sushi: Tuna Maki Roll, Sweet Potato Maki Roll, and a Salmon Yuke (tartare). You’ll also make two traditional Peruvian pepper based sauces to enjoy with your rolls. Prepare your camera and Instagram feed for the final plating. These dishes are sure to give you Michelin Star vibes.
