In-person class: Spanish Paella (Chicago)

Escape to Valencia with our authentic Spanish Paella class!

In this fun and interactive class, you will learn how to create this famous Spanish favorite known for its signature golden saffron hue, smoky flavors of chorizo, fresh seafood and textured vegetables. You will also learn how to flavor profile and blend Spanish flavors and where to source fresh, seasonal ingredients in order to master the perfect Paella Valenciana.

Perfect for entertaining, wow your friends and family at your next dinner party with your new found signature dish! After creating your Spanish masterpiece, you will have time to sit down with a glass of Spanish wine (BYOB!) and eat the most satisfying dish to your heart’s content! Buen Provecho!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive on time. Guests are invited to BYOB wine, beer, or champagne. One bottle per couple please.
