Welcome to our community drawing group <3

You get 2.5 hours of drawing and painting from a professional nude model, in an incredible creative space. Enjoy snacks and drinks, meet some new people, make awesome artwork. RSVP’s and advance payment required for entry. For tickets, Venmo $25 to organizer Noelle-Timmons.

All levels are welcome, beginners are in good company and encouraged to attend, no pressure and no judgements! This is an uninstructed session open to anyone new or advanced, no need for prior experience drawing the figure. It’s a relaxed and friendly group, you can be social or lay low. There’s plenty of space to bring a friend along, or fly solo and throw yourself into the creative abyss…

*THE SPACE

This session will be held in the dance studio on the lower level– follow signs when you arrive. It’s a mellow yet professional atmosphere. Noelle Timmons monitors the session, she’s a PS109 resident, artist and educator.

*SESSION DETAILS

Model poses consist of 20 minutes on and 5 minutes break, with one 20 min long break half-way through the night. Please enter quietly if you happen to arrive late. Absolutely no photography of the model permitted, photos/cell phones to be used discretely (and again, photographing the model is never tolerated).

*What to bring

Bring your drawing pad and other art materials, both drawing and painting are permitted. Please clean your station when you leave. Chairs are provided, but you can bring your own collapsible easel if you own one. Small snacks, sometimes wine provided, you are welcome to bring snacks/drinks to share if you’re feeling flush, smiles and creativity if not 🙂
