Description
Welcome the change in seasons by learning to incorporate fruits, vegetables, and herbs into these quick breads that are the perfect accompaniment to any meal. Working with a small team, you’ll make mini-loaves of bread; light and airy popovers; a not-too-sweet muffin; and an updated version of a traditional cornbread. We’ll send you home with a variety of the breads at the end of class.
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. You will be cooking with a small team in this class.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
