For ages 13 & up
Description
We’ll show you how to make a light and fluffy masa; provide guidance and options so that you can assemble fillings to your taste; and include steaming and serving suggestions. You’ll make 12 tamales and take them with you at the end of class.
For ages 13 & up. Children 17 & younger must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
