Description
Add a punch of flavor to almost any dish. You’ll work with a variety of fresh and dried herbs – from parsley, mint, and basil to tarragon and rosemary – and discover what a difference they can make. Your potato salad will be transformed; your mushrooms will take on complexity; and a simple dessert will become your go-to as a fitting end to any meal. Working with a small team in our kitchen, you’ll make a variety of meatless dishes that can easily be incorporated into your repertoire.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
