Hands-On Learning Discover the Secret to Delicious High-Protein Plant-Based Meals!

📍 Class Structure:

Welcome & Introduction (10 min)

Overview of plant-based protein sources: beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh, quinoa, chickpeas, nuts, seeds, and leafy greens.

Introduction to homemade vegan cheese as a high-protein addition.

🍲 Cooking Segment (90 min)

Divided into Main Dishes, Cheese Making, Dessert, and Snacks sections.

🍛 Main Dishes (40 min)

High-Protein Red Lentil & Chickpea Curry

Rich in plant protein and full of flavor.

Techniques: sautéing, simmering, and seasoning.

Smoky Maple Tofu Steaks

Hearty and meaty, perfect as a main course.

Techniques: marinating, pan-searing, and basting.

  • The instructor will cook and demonstrate while you follow along in real time
  • After cooking, we’ll sit together, taste our creations, and share the experience
  • Bring a small container to take home any delicious leftovers (there are always leftovers!)
