Overview of plant-based protein sources: beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh, quinoa, chickpeas, nuts, seeds, and leafy greens.
Introduction to homemade vegan cheese as a high-protein addition.

Divided into Main Dishes, Cheese Making, Dessert, and Snacks sections.

High-Protein Red Lentil & Chickpea Curry

- The instructor will cook and demonstrate while you follow along in real time
