Event Description
Get race-ready with our runners prep stretch series led by our expert instructor, Cate! This specialized group stretch class is designed to optimize mobility, enhance flexibility, and reduce the risk of injury as you gear up for the Shamrock Shuffle or whatever you’re training for this spring!
From February 18th to March 18th, every Tuesday at 7pm, at Stretchlab South Loop we’ll focus on key areas like hip mobility, hamstring flexibility, and dynamic stretching techniques tailored specifically for runners. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a first-time racer, this class will help you move more efficiently and recover faster—so you can hit the pavement feeling your best.
