In celebration of Earth Month, join us on April 10th for Chef Sydney Wilcox of Lincoln Harbor’s Cooking School for a special sustainable recipe demo and sampling, where most or all parts of each ingredient will be used! Chef Sydney will demonstrate how to make a delectable vinaigrette, and delicious samples of a grain and bean salad with the dressing will be served. We will meet in the 12th Floor Lounge at 4:00 p.m. To secure your spot, please register below.
