With an emphasis on fresh ingredients and simple techniques that highlight natural flavors, Vietnamese cuisine offers a quick solution to meal planning. Working with a small team, you’ll discover a new way to feature fresh corn in your menus; grill thin pork chops to perfection; create the perfect rice; and make a simple, impressive dessert. At the end of class, you’ll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or over? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine that complements your meal.
