Hi women,
Our class has moved to Saturday mornings.
Entry: $15.00
Entry: $50.00 if you prepay for all 4 weeks in a given month.
Cash, Venmo or Zelle accepted at the door.
*Credit card accepted online only.

This is an exercise & dance class just for women.
Get your groove on!

All level dance class.

We will strengthen and stretch using Pilates, Yoga and dance exercises.

Then we will dance.
Learn shoulder rolls, shimmies, arm stylings, balance, how to turn and lots of fun steps to try when social dancing.
Our focus is on Latin dancing

Get in shape and have fun dancing!

WHAT TO BRING
You will need a yoga mat to lie on.
Dress comfortably and bring your dance shoes.
Optional: light weights
