Our Soul Shaker Women’s Dance session will have you grooving to the beat, releasing stress, and tapping into your soul’s essence. It’s a time to let your body move freely and express itself without judgment.

This dance is a freeform movement with minimal guidance from me to help you ACTIVATE your body and connect deeply within. Its a TIME to disconnect from outside influences and RECONNECT to the internal landscape of our soul.
